Challenge
Natal Oak needed to serve both retail (D2C) and wholesale (B2B) customers through a single Shopify storefront. The B2B flow required inquiry-based checkout, volume-specific tiered discounts, and quote generation — features not natively supported.
Solution
Built a complete B2B inquiry system using Shopify Scripts, custom Liquid sections, and a dynamic pricing engine. Implemented tiered bulk discounts that auto-calculate based on quantity, a quote request flow that bypasses standard checkout, and separate B2B customer tags for access control.
