Challenge
Product pages had high traffic but low add-to-cart rates. Users were overwhelmed by cluttered layouts, unclear CTAs, and a lack of trust signals above the fold.
Solution
Restructured the entire above-the-fold experience using cognitive ease principles. Implemented sticky add-to-cart buttons, strategic urgency timers, trust badges, and simplified variant selectors. The layout was redesigned to guide the eye naturally from product image → price → CTA.
